Working principle: Two independent servo motors are used to drive two precision screws to rotate, and the glue is quantitatively pushed out from their respective sealed chambers. The screw outputs a fixed volume of glue per rotation, independent of the viscosity of the glue, with a control accuracy of ± 1%. By controlling the speed, direction, and number of rotations of the motor, the output amount and ratio of adhesive A and B can be accurately controlled to achieve correct adhesive supply.
2. Structural composition
Valve body: It is usually made of high-strength and corrosion-resistant metal materials, such as stainless steel, to form a channel for the flow of glue. The interior is designed with high-precision chambers and channels to ensure smooth flow and correct control of glue.
Screw: It is a key component that drives glue, usually made of hard alloy or specially treated steel, with high-precision spiral shape and surface smoothness.
Drive device: mainly composed of servo motor, reducer, coupling, etc., it provides power for the rotation of the screw and can correctly control the speed and rotation angle of the screw.
Mixing tube: located at the outlet of the valve body, used to evenly mix A and B adhesives. Different types and lengths of mixing tubes can be selected according to different adhesive characteristics and mixing ratio requirements.

High precision measurement: It can achieve high-precision measurement and control of glue, with an output ratio error of A and B glue of ≤ 0.5%, ensuring the correctness of the glue mixing ratio.
Stable glue supply: The screw rotates at low speed to avoid shear heating or component separation caused by high-speed extrusion, overcoming the flow resistance of high viscosity glue and ensuring stable output.
Self cleaning function: The screw fits tightly with the cavity, creating negative pressure during suction, effectively preventing dripping and drawing, reducing glue waste and environmental pollution.
